• Refunds are available for sauna and cold bath bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

• Gift cards and promotional offers are non-refundable.

• No-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund.

• To qualify for a refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session.
